Margaret Elayne O'Neill

Maggie O’Neill focuses her practice on family law matters exclusively. She currently practices in Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando, and Hillsborough Counties.
She is a former business executive, having served in a variety of upper level management positions, including Vice President of Solutions Management at Pensare, Inc., and Vice President of Publishing at Thomson (WestLaw).
She has been practicing family law since 2002.
Ms. O’Neill is a member of the Florida and California bar associations, the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, Canakaris Inns of Court, and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She serves as a Guardian ad Litem, protecting the interests of children in divorce and paternity cases in Pinellas and Pasco counties.

Ms. O’Neill is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. She earned her law degree at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and her undergraduate degree at the University of North Dakota.
